No. With a seasonal or permanent rental, every fixture, strand and bulb belongs to us. You never buy equipment or deal with lights that are damaged or out of date. If you’d rather own your system, we also offer permanent light purchase.

As early as you can. Install dates fill up as the holidays get closer, so reach out and we’ll let you know what’s open for the upcoming season.

Yes. Permanent roofline lighting is color-changing, so it can be warm white every night and switch to holiday or team colors for any holiday, game day or occasion. See permanent roofline lighting.

Low-voltage fixtures in beds and foundation plantings, plus path lights along walkways, driveways and patios. You can rent it with year-round maintenance included, or buy the system outright. See landscape lighting.

With a rental, it’s on us: we handle bulb outages, timer adjustments, storm damage and seasonal color changes. If you own your system, maintenance is available whenever you need it. Just call or text.

Yes. Most of our work is for homeowners, but permanent trim lighting works just as well on a commercial building. Our gallery includes one lit in red, white and blue.
